Flexible Review Period and Timely Communication Policy

In order to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, we offer a 3-day review period during which clients can suggest changes and revisions to the initial draft. We understand that reviewing documents requires careful consideration, and we encourage our clients to use this period to provide their feedback in a timely manner.

We strongly urge clients to take advantage of the 3-day review period and provide their suggestions promptly to ensure that we have ample time to make the necessary revisions. After the 3-day period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee that all changes can be made. However, we will do our best to accommodate any requests for changes that come in after the deadline.

If we have not heard from the client during the 3-day review period, we will follow up and remind them of the deadline. If there is still no response by the end of the 3-day deadline, we will assume that the client is satisfied with the draft version. We will then proceed to promptly send out both a PDF version and a Word version to the client.

We emphasise the importance of timely communication and feedback from our clients to ensure a successful collaboration and avoid any delays in the delivery of our services.
