Our standard delivery time for a customised CV or Cover Letter is 3 days. However, we also offer a rush service for an additional fee if you need it sooner.

Yes, we understand that life can get busy and you may not be able to review your documents within the 3-day period. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all changes can be made after the 3-day period has elapsed. We strongly encourage you to review your documents as soon as possible and provide feedback within the allotted time to ensure that we can make the necessary changes to meet your satisfaction.

Our process is simple and efficient. Once you've selected the service you need, you'll be asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide any relevant documents. We will then email you to book in a time for a chat. This can either be a standard call to any mobile or landline (NZ and Australia only) or an online meetup. This is to ensure we have all the details we need to create the best product for you. We will then carefully craft your personalised CV and Cover Letter for you and will email this back with 5 day. You'll have an additional 3 days to make any changes or revisions before receiving the final version in both Word and PDF formats.

We aim to deliver your optimised LinkedIn profile within 3 days. We work with you to ensure that your profile is fully optimised and highlights your unique skills and experience.

You do not need to provide your LinkedIn login information. Once we have collected the required information, we will optimise your profile and provide it to you in a Word document that can be easily copied and pasted into your LinkedIn profile.

Pick a Path offers both Zoom calls and phone calls to communicate with clients. We are happy to accommodate the client's preferred method of communication.

We offer a revision period of 3 days after delivery for all our services. During this time, you can make as many revisions as you need to ensure that you're 100% happy with the final product.
